"The property was good but the service was very poor, we waited for nearly 1.30 hours for check-in. There was only one person at the receiption and was very slow. Need to increase some staff or consider how to speed up the process"

"El hotel deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba, no tenía papel higiénico ni secador de pelo. El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar. "

"The cleaning staff are amazing. But during the morning time of Thursday January 30th, the receptionist was very rude and arrogant. They need to teach him what’s customer service. Assuming that people doesn’t have money to pay in front of others clients just because it is taking few minutes to be approved it is very very unpleasant. "

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"I've stayed there before. You can't beat the price and convenience. One block off the grande place and lots of great restaurants on the street down to the grande place, underground parking, breakfast. It's perfect."
