"The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. "Everything as described (no overstated or false marketing promises). Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen (even including a dishwasher). Nice eating space in front of a balcony towards the garden. Two nice bedrooms. King-size bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Very nice property manager, who lives in the same house. Because there was no immediately ensuing booking, he offered to postpone the checkout time until mid-afternoon without hassle. Honestly, nothing to comlain...

"First, this is not a hotel, nor an executive-type apartment. It is a run-down apartment (see photo of the couch that has a big hole in it) in a group of run-down apartment blocks (see photo of entrance to building with soot from a fire). With so many units, while the parking is free, available spaces can be quite a distance away. Had to walk several blocks each time. There is a limited ability to respond if any issues arise. The proprietor appears not to be in the country, based on the cell...
