"I stayed at Cicero grab food(1) one night with since friends for a night away to celebrate my 50th birthday. I booked my room online with no issues by brother on the other hand waited until we got to girl to decide he wanted his own room. There was a lil bump on the road doing sick because he didn't have a credit card. "I stay here every year when I’m in Syracuse for a trade show. This year I was a little surprised that they were under massive construction and wasn’t noted before I arrived but excited to see the new upgrades. Their customer service is better than any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at. It snowed (like it always does in Syracuse) and when I went out to my truck I realized my truck windows were cleaned off, then I looked around the parking lot and saw they did everyone’s. Top notch!!
