Check in was smooth
Room was according to our specifications but was not very clean
Hallways smelled like marijuana smoke, if this is a non smoking property, management and enforcement of that policy is very poor.
Breakfast was adequate but not appetizing
Lemon water in the main lobby was milky looking and clearly the fresh lemons had been left fermenting there for several days
Our room’s heating and cooling system let out a loud squealing noise that was unbearable.
There was no bedding available within the room for the pull out couch
The pull out couch mattress was not comfortable
The wifi password resulted in an error code
One of the two tvs didn’t work
Concerns voiced to front desk staff, alternative room requested as the squealing sound from the heat system was intolerable for sleep
Only alternative room available was a king when my family needed 2 queens and the pull out. The alternative suggestion was to take the king room and we all sleep on several roll away cots within that room to accommodate our needs. Front desk said regarding the concerns, management would be in in the morning and could help us then. Mgmt did not contact us. We opted to stay in the 2 queen bed room and try to ignore the fan squealing; as the multiple cots in a king room suggestion was not helpful. After a couple hours we had to turn the unit off and sleep without heating just so we could get to sleep. The room temperature upon waking was 62 due to being unable to use the heating.
