Had some issues with the heating panel that did not work, so my room was quite cold, and did not really know who to contact. Also the user panel was in Spanish for the heating panel so that did not help, and also the oven in the kitchen har a user guide in Spanish??? Parking is located a bit away from the hotel and it is not possible...

"Good location but 35 mins from airport. Transportation $40-$60 with Bolt. The hotel is contactless and self service. Everything is done by text. Good response time but this was a surprise to me. They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them.
