"Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern."

"De alguna manera las fotos hacían creer que la habitación era un poco más amplia, sin embargo no es como que cause inconvenientes. Ambos chicos en recepción siempre fueron atentos, amables y accesibles. Súper cerca del famoso faro, de las combis de Chetumal-Mahaual y de la zona donde están los restaurantes, bares y souvenires. Solo como tip: Dejan todo para tu café o té… pero no cucharitas ): haha"

"La ubicación es algo bueno porque te ofrece privacidad en la playa pero está alejada del centro del pueblo, aunque se puede ir caminando en la noche. Es necesario que inviertan en el mantenimiento, las toallas y cortinas estaban rotas. El baño no tiene cortina y los lugares para poner toallas ya no existen. El jabón y papel de baño es de muy baja calidad. Las puertas se atoraban. Los camastros y sombras de playa están completamente descuidados. Lo único que lo hace llevadero es la ubicación...

"Loved that this property was out of town and away from the hustle and bustle. Also appreciated that it had no tv or cell service. It had wifi but just enough strength to check emails or send out a text, which is fine.
