"Upon arival the staff saud that they tried to get ahold of me because there was a problem with my room. I said okay no problem as long as i still have a place to stay. They said of course and asked if a double bed would be okay instead of the king that was reserved. I said no problem at all. Well long story short they surprised us and put us in a king room. It was very nice and we were very pleased."

"THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT! It was so affordable for extended stays, and I was there for two weeks. The rooms are pretty basic, BUT you have your own kitchen area. Most people, I believe, would have few issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. They were clean as rhey should be. If I had to visit SATX, I would check in here again. Pointless getting pricey hotels when you get what you need and your stay is likely temporary. "
