"The staff had zero accountability. I arrived at 2 PM, but no one opened the door. I tried to find their contact details, but the phone number listed on their website was incorrect. I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."

"I was there one month, no cleaning service. No one ever came by to clean the room. The money deposit of 100£ was not given back to me. They said my room was in bad condition. Moreover they said it smells like smoke everywhere, but I am not a smoker. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and showers. Also there are cameras everywhere."

Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came.
