"This is a gem! Room was spotless with plenty of tea, coffees etc, there was even biscuits. Plenty of hanging space. There were even a few books in case you wanted to read. Plenty of lights and plugs. The room i was in faced the beach which is quite literally across the road. There was a very comfortable chair and a little table right in front of the window, it was lovely watching the Mumbles Lighthouse at night! There was also a 2 seater sofa that doubles as another bed if needed. ...

"The pods were good, the bathroom was clean & shower good, both felt new. The keypad to get in the building was temperamental & took many attempts to get in each time, whereas the room one was good. The entrance & stairs looked rundown, which was the opposite of the room. Really good value & free overnight street parking round the corner. No facilities on site but, suited my purpose this time as i was out all the time."

From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
