"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"Fantastic location hotel, 1 minutes walk from the Bus and Train terminal. Located in a busy square of bars and restaurants. Good selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Definitely recommend staying!!"

"Firstly we were asked to pay on arrival, and for 10 Euro extra because our son was older than they expected even though his age was on the booking form; then the free wifi didn't work and the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. However, the biggest problem was that we were the only family in the hotel apart from a big wedding group which occupied all the facilities (including the patio which had been our reason for choosing the hotel).
