Our mini fridge had a broken seal so it leaked water all over and make a funny noise at times, and our shower had some left over hair in it but the staff was very prompt to answer any issues we had! "

"Let me just say, this score has nothing to do with the service I received from Staff. The ladies were so kind and helpful! You have a great staff! Now, get the hotel up to par and it may bring your ratings up. Pool was supposedly under maintenance. I happened to choose this hotel for the pool :( The right side elevator was not useable. All guests had to wait on one elevator and avoid the break a leg construction in the hotel itself. The room was okay but the bathroom on the other hand...
