"Lovely large room, perfect location, breakfast good.....watch out for parking charges, when we booked it said 24 hours was £20 but it was £34.50 at weekend and £25 weekday!"

Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go. "

"Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. "

The rooms were quite nice and clean didn’t didn’t even see a bit of dusk, and the other rooms near us were quite as a mouse. And me and my children and never like the showers but they are not just good showers but they are not just good they are the best hotel shower I’ve ever seen !!! There was soap and other stuff that are basic nurseries that you will need in life to...
