"I would have given 5 stars but the ice machine on the side I stayed on was down with a note to get ice from the other side which would require me to exit the building walk around the outside. If there was a connection somewhere they didn’t mention that."

"A real bargain in the off season ($75 USD/night). It is very bare bones, bathroom/shower down the hall, no room service and a small basic room but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet, and you can't beat the location..."

"I stayed here for almost a week while in town. It was in a good area and was safe. I didn’t have any issues while I was there. I didn’t have a car but the parking looked very tight, although it looks like that everywhere in the city. Close to a Walgreens and a little market which was nice. Room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave which made staying longer easy. "Very clean and nicely remodeled hotel. Street noise as is to be expected if your room is on the Lombard side. Free parking in a garage is super nice in SF. I don’t love the tempurpedic bed, but that’s just a personal choice. "

"Walking distance to pier 39 I love that, balcony view was amazing and parking was safe. Only thing was the girl forgot to release my deposit and I had to call 4 days later to get it released. Other than that it was decent"
