"Running from Cat 4 Hurricane Milton. It was the last room available, so we were pleasantly surprised that the room was so clean and comfortable! We did not arrive till after 1am but the clerk called somewhere around midnight to make sure we were still coming! It was nice to be assured our room would be available when we finally got there!!!"

"A fantastic place to stay even if just for a short four night trip. Much more than I expected. Everything you could possibly need is there. beds were comfortable. Loved that we could pull the boat up to the dock. We caught fish all three days the third day we caught 59 and 40 were keepers just kept enough for dinner. Hopefully we can stay again someday."

"We rented the awesome place to be the staging area for our daughter’s wedding. We had a bridal luncheon and the rehearsal for the wedding at the spacious and beautiful property. It had everything we needed to make this wedding weekend incredible. Steve was so awesome to work with and that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend renting this for any big occasions you might have ."

"I loved this house! It had so much character and not a detail was missed. We had a large group and there was plenty of room to spread out. The lot is large and provided so much privacy from the road. The host was attentive and quick to respond. Will likely stay here in the future."

"Description for this property is accurate. Close to downtown and FSU. So much better than local hotels which I feel are not as clean. This house was clean, smelt nice, the property manager was very prompt in response and it even came with little snacks and water. The inside and outside of the property is very well maintained. Will definitely stay here next year for my work meetings. "
