"The staff was excellent. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast options were good and was kept well stocked during the breakfast hours. The property needs some maintenance in rooms and around property. Rooms and public spaces were clean. Other than maintenance needs, the property was a great value with friendly staff. Other than the property itself, the shuttles to Universal studios was less than desirable. First come first serve, you must register at neighboring Holiday Inn....
