Clean room, clean lobby and breakfast area. Pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff, close to restaurants and Universal Studios. We chose to drive to US instead of taking the shuttle, but the driver made a clear announcement prior to leaving for the Park. Would stay there again.

The hotel had peeling paint outside and looked run down. The room itself was clean, but the mattresses were like trampolines and you could hear the neighboring rooms. We had no shower curtain on check-in, so they brought us one that was torn. The breakfast was disgusting. I would not stay here again.
