"Kids loved the pool/hot tub! Great to have a restaurant onsite. Many bugs. Cleaning below par. Room had finger nails and a safety pin left on the floor, after cleaned again you could tell the floor was simply mopped and the yuck and nails and pin were along the wall after they were done. "

"Nice little hotel near the old town of Nanaimo. Quiet and out of the way. Looks like a refresh of a previous hotel but was clean and had all the things you need. Free water & coffee in the lobby and a fantastic little cafe attached. The front desk people were great."

"Where the hotel is located is very close to the airport, so for people like me needing to go there, they aren't far from it. The only thing I have a negative experience with was the cards for the doors, it just flashes the doors both red and green, not either one specifically, so it was really confusing the first time that happened."
