"I really like the property and how close it was to the beach. I could walk there within a 35 minute radius there was restaurants local there was parking that kept everything safe. The room was clean. I was able to book with two beds for me and My Son. The staff was friendly and the cleaning stuff was amazing. The only thing I have to say is that it does get loud. You can hear everything when somebody shuts the door to people talking outside in the hallways or when the main door does shut and...

"Room was comfortable. Hot water only available in lobby at 6am for short period, no microwave or kettle in room. Great location only minutes walk to Hollywood star walk. Very noisy as you can hear other guests in hallway and loud noises from street and building amenities. Elevator is slow and stops on wrong floors. "

"This hotel is ON Santa Monica Boulevard. Will it knock your socks off? No. Will you find anything to complain about? Also no. I REALLY appreciate this type of hotel - good location, cheaper than other places around, no frills, maybe slightly dated facilities, but staff doing well to keep the place nice. It's a well-run business. We'll be back."

"need to improve on cleanliness, there was some stains on the bed and i could tell that the sheets were not properly washed. additionally there is not heat only AC. and i saw a piece of hair in between the towels in the bathroom. other than cleanliness it’s fine if your planning to stop for a quick night or two"
