"The property had an ant problem that was known about since there was already ant poison in the cabinet. There was construction either on the property or adjacent that was not communicated prior to the stay. Informing the property manager about these things offended him. Since it was a last minute booking doesnt qualify for a refund and VRBO is no help, the entire amount paid gone because we had to book another property and eat the loss!
