"We loved the easy access to the station. It was also nice to be greeted and checked in by front desk staff. The lady at bell captains desk was very helpful when we had questions about forwarding our luggage. "

"Room design is good so even though it's small it doesn't feel cramped. Nice extras in the hotel such as free ice creams in the evening. I didn't have time for an onsen outside so using the one here was a nice beginner experience. "

"Clean, comfortable room in a local area. Met my needs at a right price. Rooms are small es expected for this price range. I would have liked regular black tea as well as the Japanese tea. The rooms have refrigerators and hot water kettle. There is an onset as well."
