"What a wonderful place to stay in ten beautiful city of Hiroshima. Easy 15 min walk from the train station and an easy 10-15 min walk to all the places to see such as Peace Memorial Park, the castle and Shukkeien gardens. The streetcars run directly from the hotel also and I was able to take the streetcar out to the Miyajima ferry from the stop 5 mins away for ¥240 each way. Amazing! My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great amenities in the room and I slept really well in the comfy bed. I enjoyed all the food and drinks provided daily by the property from breakfast to ochazuke at bedtime. Everything was fresh and delicious, I loved it all. The staff are the best part of a stay here, I was impressed by the professional and efficient staff who were all kind and friendly. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends who visit Hiroshima. "

"Overall about the room, great. Clean and comfortable. It’s bit inconvenient if you forget your toothbrush or need a quick coffee, you need to get them from reception as they not in the room. If you need room made, they charge you ¥3300/service. Breakfast not thrilled as not Japanese breakfast. Bit disappointed with this. Afternoon drink on the rooftop is great. The view magnificent over few drinks. But the music is more like for early 20ish age. Not relaxing atmospheres or maybe I am too old. The overall place is very closed to peace memorial park. "

"Very nice, large, posh hotel. Location is unbeatable. We had a room on the 28th floor on the corner overlooking Hiroshima palace and the city. Amazing view. Very comfortable hotel. Great buffet for breakfast - huge dining room. Very welcoming staff. Perhaps because the hotel is not brand new and it was very cold out, the windows in the room would be fogged up inn the morning and there was a bit of a chilly draft. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"I loved the outdoor bath on the top floor being open all night. The room had good amenities, though I would have liked to have a green tea bag and/or drip coffee to go with the hot water and nice cups. Also wish I had known that I should have gotten to breakfast at least an hour before the time limit, so as to be able to taste everything on offer (by 9:30, a lot was gone)."
