"The place has a little potential, but there are too many factors bringing it down. The bridge over the river leading there is shaky and dangerous. I had to carry my dog across every time for fear of her falling off/through. Owner did not know I’d even booked, so my room wasn’t ready. The place looked better in pictures. Doors falling off. "DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE! Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel...

"Awesome bungalow!! Beautiful grounds filled with nature and friendly animals. The room was clean and tidy and bed very comfortable, nice large shower and soaps, shampoo and towels provided. Very quiet so good nights sleep. Lack of AC was no problem as the area is cool in the night and fan was enough to keep us comfortable. Loved this place, favorite accommodation in Thailand so far!"
