"the hotel has a very beautiful view ! but hot tub didn’t have hot water, place was dirty in my opinion like shower had rust and wasn’t the cleanest. There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly. this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light "

"This hotel is worth 10 stars - the location: in a quiet, peaceful surrounding, some bars and dining options in walkable distance; free airport shuttle; communication: an absolute plus, en pointe, friendly, helpful, timely, via WhatsApp or email ; breakfast: the day before you will have a sheet to select your American breakfast options & breakfast time, the chefs will come to your villa at the committed time and prepare your breakfast freshly while you can get up and make yourself ready, as quiet as the chefs come into your house in the morning, as quiet and quick they leave, what stays is a delicious and fantastic smelling and tasting breakfast, this is a perfect start into the day - and you can even ask for Thai options; in between you get free cookies/snacks… - Pen and her team are wonderful; our kids felt in love with this place and planning already for the next trip; recommendation: use the Grab App to order a taxi for Chiang Mai, any other excursions ask the tour provider for a pick up from Mae Rim Grace even if it’s outside of the usual Chiang Mai area - a small surcharge might be applied, a drive takes ca. 30 mins to Chiang Mai Historic Downtown"
