"It was great. I have stayed in many "inexpensive" motels. This one was very good. Staff friendly, helpful. Room was clean and had everything needed. (even had good pillows, didn't have to get mine out of the car) Would stay again."

By the end of the trip it started feeling like a second home. If you have to stay in Kosciusko (there isn't much there...), then this place is decent. "

"30 minutes before trying to check in at HomeGate Hotel in Louisville, I made reservation online to speed up check in. This was well after normal check in time around 7 pm. We had a service animal with us. We were informed that there would be a $500 extra charge as well as the $100 cleaning fee. I explained that the dog is registered. The manager was very rude when I tried to explain that the ADA covers service animals without extra charges. Never got key and was told he could not refund money because Hotels.com made reservation. Hotels.com service tells me that since it was after check in time, I could not get money refunded. Even though reservation was made well after their check in time to begin with. "
