"My experience staying here was extremely disappointing. I ended up paying a hell of a lot for a 2 night stay(totally not worth the room rate) my reasons for this are as follows, When i asked for evening food i was told they only have 1 dish on the menu. In addition to this i then had to go and grab food to eat in my room, when i returned the wifi was so so bad that i couldnt load up any og my netflix/prime accounts. When i called, i was told i could come down and sit in the bar or...

"Great value hotel in a convenient location, very close to Copenhagen central train/bus/metro station. Reception always seemed to be manned during our stay. There is the option to pay a small charge to store bag/luggage in lockers at the hotel, which we used both on the day of check-in and check out, which was really helpful. And much cheaper than using hourly lockers at train/airport. Do be aware there is no lift, we were on the forth floor and really felt its absence!"

"It was hard to get inside after 10 PM, but after a complicated walktrough, and a lost telefon signal, we managed. When trying to connect to the internet, we could find a code, and when leaving the room we found leftover waste under the bed... The Toilet facilites were suprisingly good Even tough the hotel is overall worn out, it was a nice stay without big problems."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were super helpful. The location is great, one bus to downtown. We would stay again!!!"

"Bathroom was an issue. Two bathrooms on facility: one is a small box, one is bigger one that is shared between male and female. Room temperature could not be controlled. Two small seperate blankets. Overall okay stay but could have been better."

The only disappointment was there was no extra towels not enough toilet paper or any kind of shampoo and I booked it it said it was about 7 minutes from Copenhagen but it was 50km about 42 minutes. And it said breakfast included there was no breakfast. And no room service if you stay for 2 days "

"A short 1 night stopover in this hostel ., staff member at reception was very pleasant and gave details very precisely ., room was for 4 people large enough .. bathroom and shared shower facilities on same floor and were sufficient . Overall it’s a well run hostel with a good transport links to travel the city 👍"
