Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. "The pictures on the website, don't do justice to how adorable the cabin is, in person. When I arrived, I was greeted with a doe in the backyard. Great start to the trip! Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short, but I would definitely book there again. And I have a couple of my friends that are interested in booking as well. Ruby was extremely quick to respond to messages and everything went smooth with check-in and check-out. No concerns with anything while there. Great experience!"

"Great place but was not aware the of how close the other houses were. The cabin behind us which was called "exceeds expectations" was very loud playing music until 3 am. We were not happy about that. Other than that, it was a nice place. Enjoyed the hot tub!"

"This was the perfect location for Thanksgiving. The place is beautiful. I was a little unclear how the property was laid out from the pictures. The view from the house is spectacular. We had a bit of a struggle when the snow came and we were not prepared to get our cars down the driveway. We will trust the forecast next time and pack some salt. We were able to prepare multiple meals for 10 people with the provided kitchen items. Thank you!"
