"The hotel is in an ideal location in Leeds for shopping and not far from the arena if you are going to a show. It’s clean and the rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, I have not had breakfast there. The only downside at my stay this time was my room was directly above the entrance and I could hear people walking past and visiting the shops over the road and all the trafic at the trafic lights well into the early hours. "Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...

"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked.
