There was vegan cheese, yoghurt, and maybe also milk, but not free range eggs, which are important for vegetarians."

"I stayed for one night to go see Jon Culshaw at City Varieties Music Hall. I really like this hotel brand anyway and this particular hotel is 100% perfect. Possibly the best one that Ibis has. Excellent staff, a tremendous food offering and just the look and feel of every part of it. The rooms and the facilities in them are superb, the curiously endearing Scandinavian sounding voice in the lift, the quirky wooden key cards and the sausages on the breakfast buffet. All perfect "

"The road noise didn't matter; I had no noise from other guests which is the main thing. Breakfast very good. Bed comfortable. My only issue was that the room was quite cold. A little out of centre is no problem."

"The hotel is actually connected to the railway station which is excellent if travelling by train. We loved our stay. The heating was broken in our room. We were offered a different room but decided to accept the offer of a heater intead. Only one issue regards breakfast. There was no option for vegetarian sausages was part of the main buffet. Also there was only one egg option which was fried. To order scrambled eggs would have incurred a whole breakfast upgrade. A bit disappointing so may not choose to have breakfast at a future stay."
