"Our room was clean. Other parts of property weren’t clean like elevator floor— lots of food crumbs all over but minor over all. Didn’t use elevator much as stairs were faster. And while the room was clean and bed pretty comfortable, some of the room appeared to be needing some attention ( trim paint & some wall cleaning needed around light switches and door handles- but minor overall) We were pleasantly surprised with an 3rd floor ocean view upgrade - previously assigned a parking lot view. ...

"Older privately owned condo unit. Limited AC in the unit. Nice location for pool, beach, and local sports bar walking access. Fairly steep additional fees and limited check-in window. "

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem with new/ remodeled rooms, clean, good ac. Would recommend this for those wanting to be close to Napoli and canyon tours."

"This condo was perfect for our group, super well furnished/appointed, and adorable to boot. Everything we could have possibly wanted during our trip was available from spices to beach towels/toys/chairs/etc to extra linens to tower fans plus ceiling fans. The condo was near the awesome pool, which our kiddo loved. My husband, my son and myself stayed in the primary bedroom and my mom stayed in the other, and it was awesome that both rooms had ensuite bathrooms. 10/10 would stay again! "

"This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous (especially at night)! Last but not least is the Amazing Property manager Ron Gunn. He made our stay very easy and pleasurable. I would Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!!! "

"Convenient location.Beautiful grounds.Beach right there. Easy check-in. Unit is nicely located with view of lovely landscaped grounds. Unit has pleasing surfer/beach design theme. A/C is quiet and cools all areas. Bed very comfortable and no problems for a bad back. Kitchen is small but functional. A great array of beach equipment is provided (chairs, boogie board, etc.) Misread unit's feature of no installed washer/dryer. Laundromat available on the grounds. There were problems with...
