"Incredibly noisy. There was construction occurring directly behind the condo. The owners of shared wall were very loud. We could hear all footsteps, music and TV until late at night. We could not enjoy inside or outside due to noise the entire week. "

The kitchen/laundry were updated with all new appliances which was very nice. The walls had scuff marks and need painting. The fixtures would benefit from updating.
