Nestled behind the dunes, this oceanfront villa is just steps from the sandy white Atlantic beach. You can relax , hear and feel ocean breeze from the decks . No ocean view due to vegetation to protect the beach.

Two decks celebrate outdoor living and foster exceptional open air social gatherings. The open floor plan of this point unit villa is the largest available in Shipwatch. Extensive windows welcome abundant natural light into the living area. The warm and inviting great room encompasses the living and dining areas featuring sliding glass doors leading to a private deck.

Because of the décor and not having been child proofed this villa is ideally suited for 2 couples, golfers, ladies/guys getaway or families with older children (> 10 years old) .

Highlights of the fully equipped kitchen include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and pine cabinets. Two master bedroom suites feature king size beds each with its private, full bath and closet.

Resort privileges include complimentary access to the resort owned Night Heron, West Beach and Tennis Club pools. Preferred tee times and savings up to 25% on the four world-renowned golf course of Kiawah Island, advanced reservations for court times and tennis programs and savings up to 20% at the #1 tennis resort in the country. Discount rates are available for nature and recreation programs at Night Heron Park. Complimentary door-to-door on-island transportation to any resort-owned venues. Advanced reservations for spa services at the five-star Sanctuary Hotel. Complimentary access to the fitness center at the nearby Straw Market shopping center.

Please note that the Night Heron Pool hours change during the off season and the West Beach Pool closes for the season on September 17th of the year. Updated information can be found on the resort site (https://kiawahresort.com/recreation/pools/)

The Villa includes free parking, linens and towels, washer and dryer access just down the hall from the villa (at no charge), color cable TV, air conditioning, paper products and detergents, local telephone service. The Shipwatch complex has neighborhood wireless internet service provided by the Shipwatch Homeowner's Association. A username and password will be provided at check-in. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computers or guarantee availability of the service.

We loved our stay during Spring Break! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The closeness to the beach was perfect! There was construction going on with villas under renovation, which was loud but understandable. We also rented bikes from Kiawah and would highly recommend that! I would definitely recommend this villa!

Condo was beautifully clean. Great setup for two couples, although we were just one couple. Beds very, very comfortable. Very private as other condos are out of outside views. It’s fun to take the lttle path to the beach. Would stay again.

Loved that it is so close to the beach. One of the most nicely furnished condos at which I've stayed through VRBO. Only downfall was none of the materials stated that the West Beach Pool closed Sept 17 for the season as it was not heated. But just went to the beach instead!

My sister-in-law & I are both caregivers to sick husbands & were exhausted. Kiawah Island seemed to have so much to offer. We went to Charleston & took a carriage ride, did a bus tour & then a harbor tour. 2nd day was loaded with shopping! The square on Kiawah Island is picturesque! 3rd day was beach day & relaxation @ the villa before the trek home. Delightful Stay! We will always have fond memories of our Great Get Away!

Location of golf villa was excellent. Beachfront and close to Fresh Market shopping Condition of condo not so much...Needed a deep cleaning, fresh paint, and major update (new cabinet space, new bedding, etc.) Washer and Dryer was down the hall (outside of actual condo unit) Was disappointing even though I selected "rated high for cleanliness" We have owned property and is still important that owners check up on the property.

Overall, we had an awesome stay in your property. The location can’t be beat and the wrap around deck is perfect for chilling ;). When we arrived, we noticed that the unit had not been cleaned throughly. Definitely not your fault but that of the cleaning crew. We called to have the windows cleaned and they apologized for the marginal cleaning. All in all, it was perfect and we loved your unit!
