"We had a wonderful time on the beachfront condo ground floor. Beach access was perfect and very convenient. The condo was decorated very well. It did lack a few updates to the property. These are only recommendations that I would make. The toasters in the kitchen were old and didn’t work properly. I contacted the owner and he replaced the toasters immediately. The bedroom TV was not working. He had that fixed immediately. I wasn’t aware that it didn’t have a washer and dryer either. I missed it in the description or it wasn’t placed in the description you had to use a shared laundry facility. I feel for a premier property. The unit could use a few updates to its furniture and its bathrooms. they were a little outdated, but nothing bad overall the property was good. I would actually stay there again."
