We still got to experience the beauty of staying in a remote bamboo house, but were a bit disappointed because it was advertised as an upgrade but was on a different property and so didnt come with the amenities like the pool, restaurant, or community experience which we were excited about. The room was large and comfortable and i apperciated the free breakfast delivered to my room daily. All the staff were super kind and helpful. "

"This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to. With the exception of the pool. They have a great opportunity to redo the pool as an outdoor cliffside pool with amazing views. They missed the boat on that one. But the rest of the property is 10 out of 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful. Caution: for elderly that don’t like stairs. There are lots of stairs."

"I didn’t get any sleep for the one night I was there because all the motorcycles were loud and going all night long. The bathroom was out by the pool but still attached to my room. It was open and I felt I had no privacy if I had to go to bathroom. You could hear everything. "
