We had booked a photoshoot session and a massage during our stay, but due to unforeseen maintenance issues, the power outage lasted longer than anticipated, requiring us to reschedule both activities. While this could have been a frustrating situation, the hotel turned it into an opportunity to showcase its exceptional service. They generously provided a complimentary transfer to a nearby coffee plantation and a massage session, which was absolutely amazing. The professionalism and care displayed by the staff made us feel valued and well taken care of. Despite the hiccup, we left feeling relaxed and grateful. This hotel truly knows how to make its guests feel special."

"An absolutely stunning property with even better staff service. Food was absolute perfection and looked like an art, every time. Ubud is full of really good restaurants but we always had at least 2 meals of the day at the hotel restaurant as it was the best. The staff went over and above to make it a pleasant stay for us."

"Recommended. It’s not quite as picturesque as in the photos but I was very comfortable. I had a pool access room which I loved - could get in pool directly from my balcony. 2 nice pools. Clean. Food okay. Breakfast good. Right in the centre of Ubud but still quiet and restful. Walkable to so many nice restaurants and bars. Staff great. "
