"This is an airbnb/ hostel style. But the service and cleanliness and level of the people that book here are nothing like most hostels. The host is AWESOME! She does everything to make her guests feel good and welcome. Breakfast is simple but efficient and good. The room was cozy, clean and all amenities worked great. I would stay here again but truly, it’s the host that makes this place excellent. She truly cares for her guests. "

Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. "If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would.
