"Overall nice and clean. Great view. Washer super small and dryer doesn’t vent out of the unit. The dryer Overheats place if used. There is a turn knob upstairs that has to be turned every 6 hours to keep AC on. Kind of inconvenient. Some cockroaches in kitchen. No turner for cooking but made due with spatula. Oven does not cook well and toaster needs to be replaced. Main bedroom mattress has a crease and needs replacing. Hot water tank too small for any length of shower. Tv in other room not...

"This property is below the standards of the Elua that we have enjoyed for decades. It should have been upgraded prior to rental.Pre arrival communication with KBM was adequate but could have been more helpful. Some of the infant equipment supplied was appreciated.Final payment was processed weeks prematurely with no forewarning. This was reversed but bank charges and exchange rates cost us 241.11. KBM advised the error was by VRBO and that we should advise them of the problem. That has now been...

"Great location, property and views!!The ONLY complaint I have is the pillows are massive (bring your own or plan on buying?) and the master beds frame is very squeaky and loud and made sleep a little annoying.Otherwise, we loved it. Kitchen was appointed well, there were beach chairs and coolers which was such a nice surprise. Great place!"
