"Upon check in found out there is a $50 pet fee. I was NOT informed of this on hotel.com. Paid fee. Chatted with your agent who was very professional and understanding but couldn’t help refund fee. She did provide me with a phone number for corporate which I will be calling on Monday. If it’s unable to be resolved and refunded I will discharge with AmEx. "

"The location was near the college. The room was dirty. Housekeeping returned and swept and mop the floor. There was dust on the headboard board. The shower looked as though it had not been cleaned. The baseboard around shower dirty."

The water was turned off by the city and I wasn’t able to have a shower. This would have been something to inform the guests with prior to arrival or at least the morning of. "

We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year.
