"Drifting and Dreaming"

Golden Strand Condo's unit G2 is an oceanfront condominium located at milepost 7.6 in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This beachy 3 bedroom/2 bath condo features an extreme oceanfront view, full size kitchen, private balcony, and more! This is a non-smoking / no pets unit.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach front Condo is a great family vacation home. The beach is right outside your door - you can't get any closer! The unit sleeps 8 (feel free to bring an air mattress to sleep more). The master bedroom has its own private bathrooms with a private view of the ocean.

The living room has a beautifully decorated living area, flat screen TV with Blue-ray/DVD, sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, multiple end tables and coffee table. The wet bar includes a sink. The dining area has a seating for six. The open well-stocked kitchen, with electric stove, and dishwasher looks out toward the dining and living areas. Along the back wall of the unit is a sliding glass door which opens up to the great private balcony overlooking the ocean. Here you'll find more seating for relaxing, reading or watching the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Or in the evening you can sit in the screened in patio in the front of the unit and enjoy a sunset. Completing the unit is a full size washer and dryer on site.

Outside, you'll find two fabulous pools (one just of the kiddies). A playground for the kids, charcoal grill and picnic area, ample security parking, and an elevator. For your convenience, there is also an open outdoor shower.

Get away, relax and enjoy your mornings on the deck enjoying your morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Spend the afternoon on the beach watching the dolphins and pelicans and swimming in the ocean. In the evenings enjoy a variety of shopping and dining opportunities or relax in the screened in patio.

The Condominium is in a prime location for area attractions, such as water activities, Outlet Mall shopping, Outer Banks history, aquarium and dozens of restaurants from casual to fine dining! We are happy with our stay. The condo is at a great location where you can access everything, shops, restaurants, the grocery store (Publix) is within walking distance. We also loved the view from the deck. The kitchen is spacious which is great for families who want to cook their own meals.

We loved staying at this condo! It was more spacious than I expected, and we had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is outstanding! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoying the view in the evening. Being right on the beach is the best!

We are a family of 5 and loved staying here for the week! The condo is clean, beautiful location on the beach, and the owner is so helpful. Check in was a breeze, and he always answered any questions I had before and throughout the week. Great location to restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again!

Completely as pictured online. Plenty of room too. Only complaint was just 1 elevator. Laundry room great to wash more than one load of laundry at a time. Would definitely stay again!

What a perfect place for a stay at the beach! The view was incredible, the place was very clean and we had everything we needed (and more!) Beds were comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. Weather was a lot colder than expected- so when we come again we’ll be sure to visit after May 😉 Thanks Richard for opening your home to us!

The condo was very clean. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The beach was clean and practically vacant. The kids loved laying out and swimming. We utilized the grill for dinner. The deck was amazing for watching the waves in the morning and enjoying our coffee. We could easily watch the kids playing at the beach from the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easily accessible. The host was very quick to respond to questions.

Loved being right on the water and also close to anything else you may need, groceries or restaurants. We did not use the pool but it appeared very nice with lots of chairs available. Condo was cozy and stocked kitchen with everything you would need.

This condo is such a hidden gem! To start - the view is flawless and the chairs on the patio are great to spend the day lounging in. The unit itself is clean, very large and well stocked. The location is great and the pool was even bigger and nicer then the pictures. And the bed is super comfortable. If you are headed to the obx - this place is perfect.
