They also accept dogs and while the fee is $25 per day (keep that in mind) the actual hotel is safe for parking with basic yogurt, coffee and muffins breakfast. "Here for UCSF medical center and didn’t know the area. I feel very lucky to have booked our room here not only is it ten minutes from the hospital but it feels safe and cozy. Management and employees have been very accommodating and gave us a break with parking a little longer than checkout time. Rooms are very clean and relaxing. There is no additional charges for parking, using the refrigerator, etc. Again very grateful for this place in such a stressful time."

"The hotel facility itself was great , was clean and staff courteous. What wasn’t great was the transportation system. One of the reason we booked this hotel was the availability of a shuttle bus. However, we were informed after the booking that the transportation was only available during select times.. 3 hours after we arrived after a 20 hour flight. Waiting 3 hours was not acceptable. "Hotel was nice and clean with a friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the location as it felt like it was the "heart" of San Francisco, with Chinatown being about a 20 minute walk. However some folks might not like how close it is to the tenderloin district. Seeing quite a few unhoused folks on the streets is pretty sad, but it was also good to talk to the locals about the real issues of the city.
