"My beautiful (extra large) room at Saba Haveli transported me to another time and place in Jaipur. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or as a solo traveler, a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos of Pink City. The family and staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The other guests I met over breakfast were also wonderful. I loved my stay! NB: the property was being renovated in parts so there was some rustic charm to the whole thing...not manicured gardens or a finished roof but I didn't mind. "

"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property.
