"we were in York for a family funeral. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet even though the street wasn't far. The room was great, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower and 2 chairs in the room which is helpful. The heat/cooling system was on an in room thermostat and worked well.Breakfast was standard for hotels, but the fresh fruit and the addition of the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwichs was nice, the sweets however weren't...

"We initially had an issue with our room not having any hot water for the shower. When we returned from our day out, it was still not resolved and the heat in the room was not working. Patricia was very helpful and got us moved to a different room which was wonderful. She went above and beyond helping resolve the issue. Thank you Patricia"
