"The property is a delight. The manager, speaks excellent English, and his wife were both so friendly and helpful. The property is in a quiet location near beautiful Sotorua Beach. It is so calm and relaxing. Shimoda is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 30 minute work. There is only one restaurant within easy walking distance and it is excellent. Suggest upgrading to a room with a private outdoor bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"驚いたのが予約の時にセミダブル２つの部屋にしたのに、シングルでした。気になったので聞いたところ、当館にはセミダブルの部屋はないとのこと。何故セミダブルと記載されているのだろうか。 お風呂は広くてよかったし、食事付きにしたのもよかったが、食事のプラン選べたのか全然予約の時にわからなかった。"

There were splashes of food and cobwebs on the walls, long hairs in the bathroom, leaves and debris in the fridge, and something in the hall closet had a rancid smell that permeated into the bedroom. Upon expressing this concern to the management they told us to turn on some airflow and that they'd look at it *after* we checked out. Not helpful at all. Don't be fooled by the pictures, the place is in terrible shape, with holes in the doors, and things...
