"Friendly staff, they helped us organise a taxi to Palenque at very short notice as another taxi company had let us down. Also very supportive when I told them my partner was ill. The breakfast is great if you like eggs and/or meat, sadly I don't eat either so the options were very limited. Great presentation of food though. Easy walking distance into town and felt safe "

"The hotel is well located. Wit a nice market and main square (La Marimba nearby). The hosts are courteous and friendly. Very good value. "

"I had an issue with the number of towels provided , we were 6 and we were only given 3 towels. Hotel staff expected us to “share” and after a long conversation and contacting Expedia agents they reluctantly agreed to give me 2 more. "

"Perfect hotel for the price, it cannot get any better. Staff were very nice and rooms were very clean comes with its own parking, wifi and is in the center of the area so everything is within reach. "
