"I really loved this retro hotel on top of the mountainside. I had the mysterious looking onsen all to myself several times around 9-10 pm and it was so cool. The view is amazing and the food was very good. Just know that you are really in the countryside and to get to Onomichi it is going to take at least an hour using public transit. "This property has the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. You wake up to the most stunning scenes and can even watch the sunrise from your futon (would recommend). We arrived to a fridge full of ingredients to make breakfast which was an especially nice touch. There was a guide book left for us which had all the information we needed, including nearby restaurants.
