"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to walk to nearby in Acapulco but some of the streets were a mess and was covered in rubbish, litter, and spillages. "Nightmare hotel! We booked 2 nights and checked out the day after check-in!.. Old unmaintained building! Rooms are terrible, rusted out shower heads! Death trap elevators! Horrible pool! Pictures on hotel.com website are from god knows when!.. "

"No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby."
