Val welcomed us with a warm and friendly manner.the room was lovely clean and warm with a very good bed Good selection of things for a hot brew And the breakfast was fantastic a real quality full English cooked to perfection and piping hot we also had local kippers delish we cant wait to stay again ps very dog friendly 😋 "

"Accommodation was clean bright and comfortable, continental breakfast was varied and fresh and we were supplied with more milk when requested. Only drawback is the flight of stair leading to the room which are quite steep and may be a problem with those who have difficulty with stairs."

"We came here as we wanted to spend the weekend in york but didnt want to stay in the centre so choose to stay further out. So glad we did it was really peacefull not to far away from the centre of york. The motel was lovely as soon as you walked in you could smell the cleanliness. It was so clean and fresh. Beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. I would 100% recommend whether your a family or a couple. Plus the chinese restaurant/pub at the end of the drive is amazing and...

"Nice little B&B with great hosts. Stayed for two nights. Room has a fridge which is big enough for quite a few tins/bottles so that was good to have. Decent shower. Brekko was a great fry up. My gf couldn't get up in time for it as it ends at 9am, however the guys gladly provided me with some food for her which we put in a tupperware box for later. Great location as the centre of RH Bay is quite close. There's also a bus stop close by where you can get to Whitby for only £2. Would highly...

"Loved our stay very clean and cosy ! Best bed ever and beautiful inside from top to bottom. Close to centre 10 min walk perfect Maybe leave a small Complementary gift relevant to the area biscuits maybe As most hotels do this, also needs a full length mirror upstairs rather than in the bottom of the stairs only one very small mirror in second bedroom But other than that we had a fantastic stay "

"Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund."

"The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."
