She went out of her way to do small things that means a lot eg showing me to the nearest and most convenient lift to my room. "This was a great stay! The room was small but very well laid out and in excellent condition. The shower was awesome. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. 5 stars for them. Be sure to take advantage of the coffee and snack room—I met a few other visitors there, and it was a fun, social space. This stay was well worth the price!"
