"Everything was perfect - good communication with Angel before arrival, he helped me with our luggage, the room was excellent, the kitchen has everything you need, laundry was available cheaply, and there's hot water in the shower. Huanchaco is a nice chilled town and there are plenty of places to eat. The market, fruit and vegetable stores and bakery are a couple of minutes walk from the accommodation, the beach about ten minutes walk. We extended our stay multiple times and highly recommend...

"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12....

"I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. "I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car.
