"2 to 3 times a year, I stay at this hotel as I am in town deer hunting. The propertly is just fine. Its probably the nicest motel in the area. Its actually higher price wise, then when I travel for business and stay at luxury hotels, but what are going to do? They take advantage of the fact its deer hunting season so they jack the price. That said, there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, the motel area is old but clean, its most of the time fairly quiet, tv works, shower...

"We loved the fact we could check in early. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's a small motel and had all the basics. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast but for the good price we went and got breakfast each morning. "

There was dishes and pots pans etc to cook eat and drink with which is amazing 😀 the playground is amazing the lake used to come up to the back but its still just a bit of a walk (5 mins) fron the back door and was awesome to swim in. "The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go."
