Come and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer at the 'Island On Lake Travis' These Include: Brand New Spa offering Massages,Facials, Pedicures, and much more. Brand New Indoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi, Four Star Gym, Womens & Mens Locker Rooms Complete with showers, sauna,and lounge area. We also just opened a New Fine Dining Restaurant called Brizos and also a Bar & Grille with plasma TV's and Pool Table. There are two outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzi's overlooking Lake Travis, Tennis Courts, Private Marina with rent-able boat slips and boat rentals nearby, the resort is surrounded by a golf course. This condo is a One Bed & One Large Bath with Jacuzzi Bath Tub and seperate shower. Just recently remodeled with travertine floors and gorgeous Dark Walnut Hardwood Floors throughout.There is a private balcony off the bedroom with panoramic views of Lake Travis. There are Many things to do nearby, hiking, boating, swimming, golfing,fishing,and Austin just 45 min's away!

Beautififul property, lake at less than 40% full
Condo is very nice, restaurant (under new ownership) very good. Lake is very low, so you’re not in an island but have a view of the water on one side. Friendly deer roam the property freely and give it a nice ambiance.

The Island
It’s a nice condo. I would say the only issue we had was the AC went out 2 times which might have been a power issue on the island itself. Other than that, we had a great time.

A great getaway. Great way to relax.
It was me and my 2 sons. A great relaxing time. Boys had a great time at the lake and the pools/hot tubs. Just nice to get a way and enjoy time together.

Lovely lake stay
Pleasant peaceful condo, beautiful views, lovely decor, good accommodations. Indoor pool was a joy for our visiting grandkids. Loved the ever—present deer. WiFi relationship with Roku TV was problematic, so we ran a hotspot.

Beautiful location
Overall it was a pleasant stay, beautiful view, and easy access to the pools and spa. The deer outside was a nice surprise and the villa is actually very large for a one bedroom one bath. Only negatives would be the low shower head and the water shut off on us the last day, but that was out of the owners control.

Excellent Central Location
We enjoyed the condo. The location was central in the complex. It was next to the restaurant and close to elevator to go down to pools and parking. Parking space was close to elevator. Condo was very clean. Perhaps more instruction could be placed by remotes for tv but we figured it out eventually. The condo was nicely equipped. Liquid hand soap was provided by the lavatory in the bathroom but you might wish to bring your favorite body wash or soap. The fitness center and indoor pool/ hot tub are great amenity the complex offers. Staff does work to keep pools maintained well. This is not a new complex but offers much with panoramic views of Lake Travis.

Beautiful property. Deer everywhere. The condo had everything I needed and was very nice. The Island is lovely and you do not have to worry about other people. It seems empty. Only a few people live there. Two days I saw no people, just deer. The lake is right out of the patio. No houses across the lake. just a state park.

Just got back from my second stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Well equipped with linens, kitchen utensils, ect. The grounds are immaculate. Very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and relaxing
Our stay at the condo was amazing. The views from not only the condo but on the way and on the island were incredible. My husband and I had an amazing honeymoon. The room was great and we enjoyed fishing and hanging out by the pools. Decent restaurants were nearby and though the drive to Austin was a bit longer it was full of beautiful scenery. The property staff was very friendly as were other residents. We made the trip for a peaceful and relaxing honeymoon and we got just that.

Gorgeous spot
The condo was beautiful, the view from the bedroom balcony couldn't be beat. The 2 outdoor pools also had spectacular views. Make sure you get ALL the check in info will in advance. The property manager saved us and was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils. I would return.

Needs a good cleaning
Even though the listing states that high touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant, this clearly is not the case. The place needs a GOOD cleaning. The stove burners and cookware need replacing. The location is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable.

Great property, however the check in process was a nightmare. There was no communication with property manager. After contacting VRBO I finally got in touch with manager and was able to get into the property. Room is great, location is great. Was close to the wedding we attended.
